The Internationalization of Chinese English-Language Humanities and Social Science Journals

This paper surveys the status of Chinese English-language journals in humanities and social sciences (HSS-CELJs). HSS-CELJs are an important vehicle for disseminating scholarly voices culture throughout world. We used a mixed-methods approach to investigate according number attributes: growth rate over time, type publisher, discipline, region publication, publishing frequency, independence versus co-publication, inclusion citation indexes. discuss some challenges facing HSS-CELJ highlight several contradictions internationalization context.
